Terms of Use

Quickrefs is a service for saving links into private Spaces and Collections, which can stay private or be published for public access at their own URL. You can also follow other curators and browse their public collections.

You need a valid email address to create an account; access is granted through a code sent to that email, with no password. You're responsible for keeping control over access to your email, since it authenticates your account.

The service isn't directed at anyone under 18. If you're under 18, please don't create an account.

Each account is personal. You're responsible for the content saved and published through it.

You agree not to use Quickrefs to: violate applicable laws; publish illegal, defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content promoting hate or violence; send spam or attempt to access other people's accounts; or attempt to bypass the service's technical or plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, notifying you when possible.

The links, notes, tags, and collections you save remain yours. By publishing a Collection as public, you authorize us to display it at its public URL and on public profile and network pages (people you follow/who follow you), for any visitor — that's the feature's purpose.

You're responsible for having the right to save and share the content you publish.

The free plan allows keeping 1 public Collection, with unlimited links. The Pro plan removes that limit via monthly subscription; once card payment is available, it will be processed by a third-party provider (Stripe) — we don't store card data ourselves.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; Pro access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

Quickrefs is under active development and may undergo changes, instability, or temporary unavailability. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You can request account closure and deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@quickrefs.com. Today this process is handled manually by us, after confirming your identity via the registered email.

The Quickrefs brand, design, and code belong to ZENKOJI WORKS LTDA. These terms don't transfer any rights over them.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including loss of saved data — we recommend not relying on Quickrefs as the sole backup for important links.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, are elected to resolve any disputes.
